Our very own Clark Prep Bulldogs marked in New Orleans' MLK Day Parade. The parade celebrated the City's 28th annual MLK holiday celebration.
Students marched from City Hall, down Loyola Avenue, towards uptown. The parade made a right turn on MLK Blvd, up to south Claiborne, ending on South Clairborn and Felicity.
Go Bulldogs!

Pain
Sitting in the darkNot a physical painbut a mental painthe pain knowing you're not herethe pain of not hearing yo voiceNot seeing yo face no moreIt feels like this pain willnever fade away...My love for you is unconditionalI will miss you foreverThis pain is unbelievableIf we could only trade placesJust so the twins, Lil Don andGeia, could have their fatherEven doe Me and You didn't haveours. I love you andI miss you but Ima keep myhead up just for you...Rest Brother
In my streets I see teenage boysgetting shot for a toyIn my streets I see drug housesChange needs to come.My streets are little girls withlittle girlsI see holes in my streetsWill change ever come?I see PovertyChange will someday come.My street there is black on blackViolenceThere is racism with hatredIn my streets I see

We love our schools, but we wanted to hear from our parents on why they chose our schools. So with the help from New Orleans Video Access Center (NOVAC), we put together some videos.
Watch our videos and find out for yourself - Why FirstLine?
